DEAN is a community-centered organization committed to creating an inclusive society where Persons with Disability (PWDs), women and girls and youths are empowered, valued and actively engaged in shaping their future.
We work towards alienating poverty in the community with the target of Persons with Disabilities, women and girls, youths and marginalized communities, promoting economic freedom and growth in rights awareness.
We champion the rights of PWDs, women and girls and youths through inclusive education, accessible health services, economic empowerment, human rights advocacy and civic participation.
DEAN focuses its work across rural and marginalized communities and groups to challenge stigma, reduce systemic barriers such as policies put in place and promote innovation for inclusive development.
Founded on principles of fairness and equal opportunities for all.
Respecting the inherent worth and value of every individual.
Ensuring equal access to opportunities and services for all.
